2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete details when placing an order.

3. Product Information

We offer premium food products like Desi Khoya Kaju, Desi Khoya Badam and Desi Indian snacks. Product images may vary slightly from actual items.

Opened or consumed food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice. Payments can be made using UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 5–7 working days depending on the delivery location.

Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged or leaking product
• Expired product received
• Wrong item delivered

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

8. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Using the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Transmitting viruses or harmful code
• Copying product photos, packaging, or brand content without permission
• Submitting fake orders or false information

We are not responsible for:

• Courier delays
• Allergic reactions (ingredients are clearly mentioned)
• Incorrect address filled by the customer
